Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

At Green Pea Craft, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery to all our UK customers. Please review our delivery details below:

  1. Delivery Locations:
    We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  2. Shipping Costs:
    Royal Mail 2nd Class: £3.50 delivering in 2-3 working days 

Royal Mail 1st Class: £5.50 for delivering next working day 

I will aim to prioritise 1st class orders, usually sending the next working day. 

Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

  1. Tracking:
    Orders are not tracked 

  2. Failed Deliveries:
    If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with further instructions on how to rearrange delivery. If delivery fails again, your order may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

  3. Delivery Issues:
    If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team immediately at jo@greenpeacraft.com and we will investigate the matter.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your items following the conditions below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  2. How to Return an Item:
    To return an item, please contact our customer service team at jo@greenpeacraft.com to obtain a returns authorisation. You will be given instructions on how to send the item back to us.

    • Please include the original receipt or order confirmation.

    • Ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipping.

  3. Exemptions:
    Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Cut fabric

    • Personalised or custom-made items

    • Items that have been opened or used (unless defective)

  4. Refunds:
    Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return requirements, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed.

  5. Return Shipping Costs:
    You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or damaged. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  6. Exchanges:
    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

  7. Damaged or Faulty Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at jo@greenpeacraft.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs.

  8. Missing Items:
    If you believe any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
