At Green Pea Craft, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery to all our UK customers. Please review our delivery details below:
Delivery Locations:
We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.Shipping Costs:
Royal Mail 2nd Class: £3.50 delivering in 2-3 working days
Royal Mail 1st Class: £5.50 for delivering next working day
I will aim to prioritise 1st class orders, usually sending the next working day.
Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with further instructions on how to rearrange delivery. If delivery fails again, your order may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.Delivery Issues:

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.How to Return an Item:

Ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipping.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return requirements, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed.Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or damaged. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.Exchanges:
